Reservations Policy

1. Full payment is required at time of reservation (we accept VISA/Mastercard/Cheque/Cash).
2. For groups of 10+ people or special charters:  we require a minimum 15% non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation and the remainder is due on the day of departure.

Refund Policy

1. Cancellations made over 24 hours in advance of the departure time, will be refunded the total cost minus a 15% booking fee.
2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of the departure time, will not be refunded.  However, you can use your deposit to rebook for another date but there is a 15% rebooking fee for this service.
3. For groups of 10+ people or special charters:  cancellations made over 24 hours in advance of the departure time, will be refunded the total cost minus a 15% booking fee.
